Creamy Sesame Noodles with Bacon
Seriously, one of the best noodle recipes ever. Super fast, super yum, super yes please I’ll have seconds. Creamy sesame noodles with crispy bacon? Coming right up!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 4 tbsp Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2-3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce (to taste)
- 1 tsp Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 c Hot Water
- 250 gr Dry Noodles
- 5 slices Bacon, roughly sliced
Optional Things To Garnish With
- Toasted Sesame Seeds, Chopped Peanuts, Sliced Cucumber, Fresh Cilantro, Green Onions, Chili Oil
Instructions
- Add the tahini, peanut butter, soy, vinegar, and sesame oil to a large mixing bowl, and mix well. Slowly whisk the hot water into the sauce, then taste and add any extra ingredients according to your personal preference. Refrigerate any sauce leftovers for up to one week.
- Cook the bacon in a nonstick pan over medium heat until crispy and most of the fat has rendered. Scoop the bacon out onto a paper towel lined plate to drain.
- Cook your noodles according to the package instructions, then drain. Toss into a large mixing bowl along with the sauce; mix well. Divide among two bowls, then top with bacon. Add any of the optional garnishes if you want, or just dig in!
