Superfast Miso Dressing
A 5 minute gingery miso dressing that can make almost anything taste good. Mix together + toss with a simple salad, spoon over veggies or potatoes, or even as a dip with chicken or fish. Instant yum.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp White or Yellow Miso
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled + grated
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Grapeseed or Peanut Oil
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
Instructions
- Combine the miso + vinegar in a small mixing bowl and whisk together, until combined. Add the remaining ingredients + whisk until fully combined. That's it! This is great tossed with a salad, drizzled over veggies or potatoes, and goes well as a dip with chicken or fish. Also would be yum mixing a little bit with noodles.
